Risen Savior Cares About Children and Youth!

According to Risen Savior’s Children at Risk Policy, it is a requirement for adults who work with children and youth under the age of 18 to attend a 2 hour “Children at Risk” training session and complete a background check.

The training covers safety topics and procedures for emergencies which may arise when working with children and youth.

Individuals desiring to be a Ministry Partner must be a member of Risen Savior Lutheran Church for at least 6 months.

Training sessions are led by the Director of Family Ministries, Kevin Hischke and the Director of Children’s Ministries, Terri Miller. Sessions are scheduled as needed.
